• Historical Note: Koseli Handmade began as a result of a love of travel and a passionate belief that we all, wherever we live in the world, want the same things for our families and ourselves: to be safe, healthy and happy. By buying fairly traded goods we can do our small bit to help people achieve this. The felt products are woollen, with the raw material imported from New Zealand and Australia before being dyed and felted by hand in Kathmandu, Nepal. The artisanal processes rely strictly on centuries-old wet-felting and needle-shaping techniques passed down through generations of Nepalese makers, turning functional utility material into expressive, open-ended playthings that require no screens or flashing lights to spark a child's imagination.

A delightfully charismatic addition to any family playroom or seasonal nursery display, this hand-crafted fox puppet features an remarkably expressive three-dimensional face. The rustic ginger-orange wool body is built with broad arms designed to accommodate both child and adult hands during home theatre storytelling.

Expert Identification & Design Features:

• Artisan Whiskers: Features hand-knotted black cotton thread whiskers extending from the muzzle, adding a whimsical touch of character unique to this specific puppet.

• Textured Ruff: A detailed, curly white wool fringe surrounds the base of the neck, replicating a wild fox’s natural coat ruff with exceptional tactile quality.

• Ethical Lineage: Complete with its original, thick-stock eco-paper swing tag stating: "Buying this beautiful item, you help to generate a fair income for families in Nepal. Together, we enhance the well-being of the talented artisan groups who lovingly make each product."

This puppet is in brand-new, unused condition with its original artisan tag securely attached via its native twine string. As is standard with authentic, hand-rolled felt art products, there are two distinct, small spots on the front body where the wool felt is naturally slightly thinner. These variations occurred during production as part of the raw crafting process and are a true hallmark of its non-industrial, handmade nature. The felt body remains completely structurally sound, clean, odor-free, and entirely free from any post-production snags, moth damage, or unravelling stitching.
